Dedalus Wine

Wines With A Story

Dedalus specializes in damn good wine. Our selection is guided by a set of closely held ideas about how wine should be made and the many ways it can be consumed and enjoyed. We’re not about big scores and following the press. We are about great tasting, aromatically exciting, food friendly, place-driven wines that tell a story. We love to eat, drink, and discover. So we select wine not just for its taste and aroma, but for its place at the table and the stories we might tell our friends and family. We love our growers and suppliers – we think it’s important to share their stories with you. They struggle and triumph, pioneer, revolutionize and revolt. It’s all very fascinating, and it makes drinking their wine more enjoyable, so we pass it along.

This two-bottle sampler is an introduction to the life of a bon vivant. These two wines – a red and a white – belong at your table. They’re destined to be hits at your next dinner, party, BBQ, or cheese-eating marathon. As an added bonus, they’re guaranteed impress foodies, wine geeks and beer drinkers without [...read more]

As I write this wine review I can hear the strangest sound coming from outside the wine shop. It sounds familiar and yet decidedly odd. I look out the window and see our property manager raking.
