It’s as fresh as it gets. This Nouveau is a completely natural wine made right after this year’s harvest with Gamay farmed without pesticides, harvested by hand, and vinified with native yeasts and no SO2. It’s fresh, punchy, and bursting with strawberry and barely ripe cherry. Gislaine and Stéphane Dupeuble run the domaine today, but it’s been in operation since the 1500s — and has only changed its name three times in that entire tenure. This is minimal intervention Gamay with maximum history.
