Francois and Jean-Marie Cherrier meticulously farm 14 hectares of vines, spread across 5 different villages around Sancerre, allowing them to take full advantage of the particular soils that define the region. Menetou-Salon is known for its Jurassic limestone, giving this Pinot Noir a minerality and levity that cannot be replicated elsewhere.
