In the glass, Gardette is golden with a fine bead and a frothy, lacy mousse. Under waves of citrus blossom and lemon meringue you’ll get a hint of clean, sun-dried hay. On the palate it’s a tapestry of lemon meringue and brioche with a long creamy finish that drives us wild.

It feels a little crazy to say this is our house Champagne. A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from a small family estate? For this price?
