Espinaler Conserva

Barcelona's Espinaler Conserva has been a vital part of Spain's Tapas culture for over 120 years. Initially founded by the Prat family as a traditional Catalan Taverna in 1896, Espinaler served a typical mix of Jamon, Wine and Conserva. Over many decades the family started to take a greater interest in the sourcing of the seafood that they served, slowly becoming more involved in the canning industry and fisheries of Galicia. Using their expertise in selection, Espinaler began to sell their own branded seafood Conserva from the cold Atlantic waters and rivers of Galicia. Their brand new pates continue this tradition using only sustainably sourced seafood so that the next generation can continue the select the very best of Spanish waters for your next tapas plate.
