A light Cabernet Franc that shies away from the usual herbaceous notes favoring a more fruity profile. Instead of the sometimes stoic representations of Cab Franc we see in the Loire Valley, this has an energy and vivacity more like Gamay. Farmed organically and biodynamically, it comes from some of the oldest Cab Franc plantings in the Loire Valley.
