100% Pinot d’Anuis, this is a light, delicate, low alcohol red. From a tiny, stony hill off of the Loire Valley, this is a pretty obscure bottling. Tart cranberry notes mix with white pepper and a bracing, food-friendly acidity. Try this with poultry dishes- fried, BBQ, or spicy. It’s versatile enough to handle them all.
