The domaine that makes this juicy white is named after one of the first Roman roads to run through the south of what is now France. Today, the modern A9 traces its cobblestone footsteps, running straight through the Picpoul de Pinet region. This bottle comes from the south of that line, an area blessed with crystal blue waters and Mediterranean breezes. Bright and racy, its a perfect companion to seafood of all kinds. No wonder, given that this area of the coast around Montpelier is the source of most of France’s seafood, especially oysters.
