This is skin-macerated Carricante from grapes from vines that are 40-100 years in age. It’s supremely aromatic with notes of smoke, dried apple skin, and flowers. At just 12.5% alcohol it remains fresh and graceful on the palate with a fleshy texture, flavors of fennel, wild herbs and orchard fruit.
