This Cote Rotie is beautifully balanced at 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier from our favorite “Roasted Slope”. The Viognier brings a lightness and an aromatic floral component to offset the intense, savory, spicy Syrah. Faury believes in low intervention winemaking for a truly rustic final product.
