Kermit Lynch has dubbed the Quenard’s winemaking “authorities” & we have to agree, as their contribution to the alpine wine region of Savoie is massive. Their bottling of Mondeuse is quite refined, yet holding rustic notes of wild fruit & minerals.
Arbin appellation of the Savoie and enjoys a relatively warm, sunny climate for what is an otherwise alpine terroir. The resulting wines are fuller in body, making for an ideal union between alpine freshness and minerality, along with concentration and complexity. An absolute stunner!
Food friendly, versatile and perfect with a slight chill. They're BBQ All-Stars.
