Peter and Michael Ebert are having fun in the Nahe region of German. Michael studied with cult winemaker Klaus Keller, known for his powerful Riesling and sustainable farming. Now, the brothers are taking that minimal intervention farming and winemaking approach, but applying it to new styles and different varieties. They farm the Pinot Noir and Regent in this sparkling rosé on the steep slopes of the village of Weiler. Look for notes of wild cranberry and cherry blossom.
