The Dedalus Wine team picks every single bottle on this site. Part of our job is to taste them all, and they only make the cut if we’re impressed by their story and quality. So while every bottle on our shelves have something to offer, we sometimes play favorites. Whether it’s an insane value, mind-blowing drinking, or simply a great wine that fascinates us, these are the bottles we can’t get enough of. The ones that we wish we could keep for ourselves, but don’t. 

Because that’s the other part of our job: making sure that the most delicious wines out there make it to your table.
