A field blend of chardonnay and sauvignon blanc from California is not something you see a ton of on our shelves. This wine owes it's bright aromatics and refreshing minerality to the 60 year old vines farmed organically and low touch cellar practices. This is old school technique from one of Cali's newest winemakers.
