Friday Nights
Every Friday, Chef Jeremy lights up the grill on our Stowe patio. Cooking over open flame, he delivers delicious charred plates inspired by the foods we’ve shared while dining at winemakers’ tables.
To bring the menu alive, we pull the trigger on our go-to bottles of California Cabernet Sauvignon, savory Bordeaux, juicy Zinfandel, and bold Pinot Noir.
Saturday & Sunday Nights
For us, the weekends are dedicated to indulging in transportative experiences. On Saturday and Sunday, Chef Jeremy brings us to coastal landscapes with an assortment of seafood plates from oysters on the half shell and tins of conserva, to vibrant scallop and shrimp salad and succulent lobster tail. Order à la carte, or ask for a whole seafood tower. Don’t forget the coral butter.
Maximize your experience with bottles of our favorite seafood wines: Grower Champagne, Chablis, Provence rosé, Muscadet and Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, and coastal Spanish whites.
Counter service!
Walk inside and place your wine and food orders at our wine bar counter. We’ll pour your wine and then bring your food order out to you when it’s ready.
