More Info
The Pujol-Busquets Guilléns family has been crafting Cava in Cataluña since 1991, at the 19th century Can Genis estate. Before natural wine was a trend, they were farming organically and always looking for new ways to bring biodiversity to their vineyards.
Xarel-Lo is usually reserved for Cava production in Cataluña. Alta Alella is part of a growing movement illustrating how compelling the indigenous varieties can be when they're allowed to shine on their own in still wines.
