This classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from just 10.6 hectares of vines from different vineyards in the heart of Sancerre. These different vineyard plots are located on the three types of soil of the “Sancerrois”: Marly, Flinty, Pebbly limestone, creating a gorgeous balance of minerality in the glass.
