Bethmale de Pyrenees

A bright but pungent goat’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees. Bethmale has a subtle, stonefruit acidity and an aroma of lightly toasted hazelnuts. A rare example of a cheese more typically made with cow’s milk. Great when paired with the subtle honey notes of Epire Savennieres Sec.
