Winemaker Brendan Stater-West moved to France over 10 years ago to teach English, but quickly found his calling in the rich wine culture in Paris, and we’re so glad he did. This is an elegant expression of Cabernet Franc, with bell pepper and minerals on the palate, that feels like it was made by someone with a deep connection to the terroir.
