Champ Divin Cremant du Jura Blanc Brut Zero 2021

Love Champagne? Then you’re going to love this Cremant. The nose is loaded with fruit and warm, bready notes — like a croissant piled with smeared with butter and fresh, juicy berries. It’s an all-day wine, the kind of bottle you can pop off on weekend mornings and sip through brunch or lunch.

Out of all the Cremants in France, Cremant du Jura reminds us most of Champagne. Slightly oxidative, reminiscent of some of our favorite grower Champagnes, but with a character uniquely emblematic of the Jura. It pairs incredibly well with soft holiday cheeses like the washed, spruce-bound Rush Creek Reserve.
