Jonathan Sack works in a tiny, picturesque region of Provence: Cassis. His family’s vineyards in Provence jut out on limestone bluffs overlooking the brilliant blue Mediterranean. This Côtes de Provence comes from vineyards between Cassis and the prestigious Bandol appellation. The wine is produced in very limited quantities.
