Saint Aubin is most known for its red wines, but here is Chardonnay from incredibly old vines. Vines so old, in fact, they are getting ripped out in 2021 and replanted with new Chardonnay. This fruit is, therefore, incredibly concentrated in flavor and incredibly high in quality.
