Though he is rightly best known for his sublime whites, it's Jean-Marc's Bourgogne Rouge that I've been hooked on lately. Rich, ripe, and spicy on the nose, with a degree of complexity and concentration rarely found at this level, it drinks like Premier Cru Pommard if you ask me. I've taken my stash of this rarely-seen cuvée. Make sure you give it a try soon.
