Once an abandoned winery, De Fermo was recovered & revived by husband/wife team Stefano & Eloisa Ceroni, who left their successful law careers to become winemakers. ‘Launegild’ is a delicious, briochy Chardonnay with notes of green apple & a minerality that pairs perfectly with shellfish.
