Limestone-rich soils and eighty year-old Chenin Blanc vines are the stars of the show in this incredible offering from Thierry Germain of Roches Neuves. This wine sees a longer period of barrel-aging compared to his other cuvées, supplying honeyed chamomile tea aromatics and a silky texture.
