Farming at the base of Mount Hood, you’ll find Hiyu where their wizard-like winemaker Nate Ready is producing wine that’s brimming with energy. ‘The May’ is a whole cluster co-fermentation of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris, producing some of the most intensely perfumed wine in their suite of cuvée’s.
