Jaulin Plaisantin Chinon Rouge L'Enfer 2017

Domaine Jaulin Plaisantin is a collaboration between grower Sebastien Jaulin and Yves Plaisantin that began in 2011. The name of this interpretation of the grape by Sebastien and Yves, “L’Enfer,” translates to hell. The name might speak to the depth of this wine: of flavors that wash over you and take you by surprise, make you pause and take another whiff before diving in.
