Region: Abruzzo

Variety: Montepulciano

This bright cheery red is made with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo picked at the first-pass of harvest, meaning some of the best grapes of this vintage went into the wine. It had no sulfur or yeast added. There is a long finish of cranberries, plums, and cherries, and its minerality and acidity mean that it will pair beautifully with snacks, lunch, dinner, but will also be lovely on its own.
