Marie Thibault has over a decade of experience working the vineyards in the lesser known Azay-Le-Rideau. Her humble attitude, passion and energy definitely influence her wines directly. I personally haven’t reached for one and not enjoyed every second of it. She works a small 3.5 hectares of vineyards that sit on the ideal combo of clay and limestone and experience a little more wind than her neighbors. The result is beautiful concentration of flavor, depth and complexity. She has been working organically since she started and officially certified in 2014.
