Single-vineyard Champagne is far from the norm — but that's how Roland Piollot and his wife Dominique Moreau are making waves. This blanc de noirs is one of their flagship cuvées, and it's immediately apparent why they've staked their name on it. Aged on the lees and kept in tanks for 4 years, it's an explosion of tropical fruit and brioche with orchard fruit on the palate.
