Bois Brincon VdF Blanc BB NV

In the heart of Anjou, in the fertile lands surrounding the winding Loire River, lies Bois-Brinçon. Here, perfectly fossilized seashells of brilliant white limestone butt up against vineyards full of rich red marl and glowing golden sandstone; this is the mosaic of soil types that Xavier Cailleau calls home. The fifth-generation vigneron works with his wife Géraldine to biodynamically farm 24 acres with biodynamic and organic practices.

A light, low alcohol Chenin Blanc from some of the oldest vines in the Loire Valley. Compared to your traditional Loire Valley Chenin, this is lighter and juicier. It’s dry and mineral-laden with notes of quince, wildflower honey, ginger, green fruits, and yellow citrus.
