D'Angerville Volnay 1er Cru Clos des Ducs 2019

Ask any Burgundy nerd and they’ll tell you–Clos des Ducs is a de facto Grand Cru vineyard. Pair that up with one of the best winemakers and viticulturalists in France (Guillaume d’Angerville) and you have a real recipe for greatness if there ever was one. His 2017 is marvelous, fresh, and supremely elegant. It will live for decades in the cellar.
