In 2013 the city of Dijon purchased a piece of land to be awarded to a young winemaker. Marc Soyard was the chosen winner, and we must say it was well-deserved. He produced this beautifully crisp Chardonnay with notes of green apple and quince that would pair wonderfully with shrimp scampi.
