Conserva is one of the freshest forms of seafood you can get your hands on. Wild-caught, cooked to perfection, and preserved immediately in high-quality olive oils, escabeche, and vinegars. 

Our conserva selection is full of snapshots from the tiny tapas bars we have visited in Barcelona, San Sebastian and Madrid. 

We recommend enjoying tinned fish with crusty bread, lemon, and piparra peppers for an easy snack, or make a quick meal by adding a tin of pulpo or cockles to some pasta, with lemony agrumato and chilis.
