Benanti Etna Bianco 2022

This bottle is made entirely from Carricante harvested on the eastern and southern slopes of Etna. In the glass, it’s pale yellow with a glimmer of bright green. It’s entirely driven by minerality, with notes of almond, anise, and apple.
