Inspired by Camilla Carillo's visits to her grandfather's Venezuelan farm, La Montañuela's Rocio is made from Marquette grapes grown in Vermont's mountain valleys. Planted on clay, limestone, and silty loam soils, this wine boasts a deep hue yet is surprisingly light on the palate. Its refreshing acidity and cherry notes make it a perfect pairing for spicy dishes and dark meats.
