La Montagnette Cotes du Rhone Villages 2021

This is smooth, easy-drinking Côtes du Rhône. True to tradition, it’s bold and breathtaking, but with a freshness that comes from a light hand in the winery. It’s medium to full-bodied, with the classic black fruits, Mediterranean herbs, and baking spice of the GSM blend.

Le Montagnette is owned by Jean-Marie Granier, who runs his operation out of an exceptional co-op: instead of pooling grapes from various parcels, winemakers vinify their best plots separately, and naturally. You’ll find no added yeasts and only a tiny bit of sulfur at bottling for stability.
