Furlani’s Bianco Alpino represents a blend of Nosiola, Müller Thurgau, and Pinot Bianco (better known as Pinot Blanc). Nosiola is a real gem of Alto Adige and is so named for its tendency toward a distinctly hazelnut-infused aroma and flavor profile.
Matteo Furlani is a grower of great environmental integrity. He farms 100% biodynamically without the use of harsh chemicals and additives. The honesty and purity of this bubbly rosato rings clear, offering notes of Saba-drizzled strawberries, wild herbs, and crushed minerals.
Matteo Furlani prefers a holistic approach to winemaking. Nestled in the Dolomites mountain range of Italy, these vines are tended using biodynamic and organic practices. This wine is fresh and balanced, lending notes of lush red fruit, alpine herbs and earth. Pair with alpine cheese!
