What makes a wine crushable? In our book, crushable is just a synonym for juicy, session-able wines. Their naturally high acidity gives them a mouthwatering effect, and many have a minerality bordering on saltiness. These are the kinds of wines that wouldn't be out of place on briny beaches of Cape Cod, or a late afternoon cookout in the backyard. They're the kind of wines we pour at our yearly block party, Crush, where we invite the Burlington community to celebrate summer with us.
