Skilly Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Our first ever exclusive Australian wine. Skilly is a party in a bottle with the rich purple berry notes of the native lilly pilly and the menthol herby tones of the Dorrigo pepperleaf. It comes from the historic Quelltaler vineyard, planted in 1858, and was made just for Dedalus by Seppeltsfield, one of the most historic estates in all of Australia.

It's a great party wine, the perfect thing to have on hand for Thanksgiving and beyond. It's juicy and berry forward—a fresh take on Cabernet that we've loved sharing with friends and family.
