Yquem Sauternes 2005 375mL

A cult classic for a reason. Chateau Yquem is renowned for their Sauternes—a Bordeaux dessert wine made from grapes affected by noble rot. It's not produced every year, so bottles can be hard to get ahold of. Notes of yellow stone fruit, toast, and vanilla only get more complex and intoxicating with age.

Cool fact for the history buffs: In the middle ages, Yquem was owned by the King of England, and it's been producing dessert wine since the 1500s.
