Mariona Vendrell and Albert Canela were among the first Catalan winemakers to attempt a still Parellada, and we consider their Pedregal cuvée the benchmark for the emerging style. Usually reserved for Cava, Parellada shines in this bottling from a higher altitude vineyard in the hills outside of Barcelona, where rocky river stones give the wine a distinct minerality. Pair with grilled fish.
