Clos Signadore VdF Rose A Mandria 2023

Christophe Ferrandis works inland mountainous vineyards in the Patrimonio DOC of Corsica.  Here the elevation and aspect afford his grapes proper ripeness and acidity.  His rosé is pure sunshine; raspberry fruited with a white pepper edge that keep us coming back.  Try this with grilled spring vegetables and some salty snacks.
