Willa Deely named her label after her affiliation with Deirdre and Caleb of la Garagista. After studying with them for ten years, she’s branched out on her own to craft co-ferments that express the unique terroir of Vermont. This sparkling co-ferment of wild and farmed apples and plums from one very old tree by the winery on Mount Hunger Road. Thirst quenching with notes of stone fruit and mineral, a hint of umami, and a saline finish. A perfect Sunday brunch wine.
